My own AI operating system
An AI chief of staff that tracks every project I run and briefs me daily, and a second brain of 280+ AI-maintained pages built from my voice memos, notes and reading.

The problem
Running a nonprofit, a studio and a dozen software projects at once means context is the bottleneck: what changed, what's blocked, and what matters today.
What I built
- A project hub that scans every repository, keeps a living dossier per project, and renders a dashboard of what's live, in progress and at risk.
- A second brain in Obsidian: voice memos, Apple Notes and web clips flow into an inbox that AI files, summarises and cross-links.
The AI inside
- Claude Code and Codex run daily catch-ups: scan, brief me, discuss, update the dossiers and hand off work to other agents.
- Claude maintains the wiki under a written operating manual: ingesting sources, tending the vault and producing weekly digests.
Where it stands
Both systems are in daily use and are the template for the personal AI setups I build for clients.
